literacy (lĭt’ər-ə-sē) n.
The condition or quality of being literate, principally the ability to read and write.
The condition or quality of being knowledgeable in a specific subject or field: tech literacy; cultural literacy.
TechLiteracy, the iCoherence blog is where technology (tech) and literacy cohere. Simply put, I am able to read, write, understand and do technology.
